a trip to remember

I went to Denver for a few days for a conference. I had a great trip. Wednesday, I went to a hot springs and enjoyed a sauna cave and a mud bath. On Thursday, I participated in Project Homeless. That is an experience I will never forget.

I was also able to have a quick visit with my cousin Chris, my friends Chris and Brittany and Joyce and John's daughter, Erin.

I made it home just in time for a church cookout and then a gathering with some friends. We all celebrated Connor's real birthday!
