Summer and I met at swimming lessons at the YMCA. We both shared a passion for running and our kids happen to get along wonderfully. Summer's passion is faster than mine! When we ran on Monday she said, "just keep on eye on my back" (this was supposed to make me run faster.... I kept my eye on her back for maybe 1/2 a mile before she was LONG gone! I just laughed. We had fun and we both placed! Summer placed 2nd and I placed 1st in different age groups (I still have 4 more months before I move up to the 30)!
